Reporting to the Manager of the Covered S Ranch, the live-in Caretaker/Cook is responsible for taking care of the Hacienda area, cooking meals, and providing excellent customer service to guests at the Covered S Ranch.

Main duties are:

• Cooking
• Housekeeping
• Groundskeeping
  

Individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including working in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods, or otherwise to balance the work load.

Location: Please note the caretaker will live on-site at the Covered S Ranch located approximately 20 miles northwest of Snyder, Texas.
