Varmint Hunting Season:
Experience the year-round thrill of varmint hunting at the Covered S Ranch. While wild hogs are most prevalent on the ranch, hunters may shoot hogs, coyotes, or bobcats* with this hunt. Get away from the hustle, bustle of life, and come experience rustic luxury and genuine West Texas hospitality for a couple of days or add a varmint hunt to your existing hunt. 

Our self-guided varmint hunts consist of day or night hunting and can be as simple as sitting in elevated blinds and harvesting as they come into a feeder, spot & stalk or from high rack. Or for the thrill of a lifetime, hunt from our helicopter! Choose which tactic is most appealing to you or try them all!

VARMINT HUNT – 2 Night/3-Day Self-guided Hunt $2,000

• Access to Covered S Ranch Shooting Range - Guests to provide own guns and ammo.

• Transportation of animals to local meat processor/taxidermist or may ship to requested at client’s expense. (Client responsible for all meat processing/taxidermy costs.)
